Uttarakhand Honeymoon Package (6N/7D)
Overview
This Uttarakhand honeymoon package moves at an unhurried pace through three of the state's most romantic settings: the lake town of Nainital, the forests around Jim Corbett National Park and the hills of Mussoorie. Each stop gets two nights, so you settle in and enjoy the place rather than living out of a suitcase.
Your first full day in Nainital takes in Snow View Point for a look at the snow-clad Himalayas, Tiffin Top for a sweeping view of the valley, and a boat ride together on Naini Lake. Next you drive down to Jim Corbett, where the first day is left free for the two of you and the second brings the option of a jungle safari (at extra cost) in India's oldest national park, famous for its Royal Bengal tigers. The final stop is Mussoorie, with Kempty Falls, Company Garden, Mussoorie Lake and Gun Hill on your sightseeing day.
The trip suits newly-weds and couples celebrating an anniversary who want lakes, wildlife and hill views with plenty of time to relax. You stay in 3-star hotels on double occupancy with breakfast every morning, and travel in a private vehicle, with our representative meeting you at Delhi airport or railway station and the tour ending back in Delhi.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a good honeymoon package for first-time visitors to Uttarakhand?
Yes. It covers three classic stops – a lake town, a forest retreat and a hill station – with two nights at each, so the pace stays relaxed. The drives are spread out, there is a free day in Corbett, and you travel in a private vehicle, so you can stop for photos or tea whenever you like.
Is the Jim Corbett jungle safari included?
No, the safari is at extra cost. We can book it for you in advance, which helps because permits are issued by the park in limited numbers. Day 4 is planned around the safari; if you would rather skip it, the day is free to relax at your hotel or take a walk nearby.
When is the best time for an Uttarakhand honeymoon?
March to June is pleasant at all three stops and a good time for the Corbett safari. October to February brings clear Himalayan views and cold, cosy evenings in Nainital and Mussoorie. July to September is the monsoon, with heavy rain on hill roads and several Corbett safari zones closed.
Can you add special touches for a honeymoon?
Yes, on request and at extra cost. We can arrange room decoration, a cake or a candlelit dinner at selected hotels, or upgrade you to a 4-star hotel or a room with a view. Tell us what you have in mind when you book and we will add it to your quotation.
Where does the tour start and end?
The tour starts at Delhi airport or railway station, where our representative meets you for the drive to Nainital, and ends with a drop in Delhi on day 7. If you would rather fly into Pantnagar or take a train to Kathgodam, closer to Nainital, ask us and we will adjust the pick-up.
How long are the drives on this trip?
Delhi to Nainital takes about 8 hours and Mussoorie back to Delhi about 7 hours. Nainital to Corbett is a short drive of about 3 hours, while Corbett to Mussoorie is a longer day on the road, so day 5 is kept free for the journey and a relaxed evening.
