Find trips that move you
Temple hours, rest days, and transfers are built around how you actually travel — not a brochure that tries to see everything.
We choose rooms for light, quiet, and location. Palace, villa, or city hotel: the category on the quote is the one you sleep in.
Weather, festivals, and closed roads happen. You have a desk that answers, and a plan B that is not “see the parking lot”.
Taxes, permits, and the boring extras sit on the quote. The number you approve is the number we work to.
- Bhutan is licensed tourism, mountain roads, and a daily tariff that is not a rumour. We quote the SDF clearly so the number on the invoice matches the country you are entering.
- Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha are a classic arc. Tiger’s Nest is a climb we time for your fitness, not a race.
- Luxury is a hotel with heat that works, a driver who does not rush the passes, and a guide who can sit quietly at a dzong.
- Altitude is moderate compared with Ladakh, but the stairs at Taktsang are still stairs. We do not pretend otherwise.
Best things to do during your Bhutan holiday
A short list we actually keep on the itinerary — not every attraction on the map. Pace, light, and the hours that still feel like a holiday.
Season changes the rooms, the crowds, and sometimes the roads. We match the month to the trip you want — not a single “best time” line for every traveller.
Clearer Himalayan views, festivals, higher demand for rooms.
Crisp, cold nights, fewer visitors. Pack layers; the light is excellent.
Green valleys, cloud on the passes, leeches on some trails. We keep more indoor dzong time.
Understanding the Bhutan tour package price and budget
These daily ranges are planning figures in INR, per person, for a comfortable private trip — not a cheapest-possible backpacker floor. Your quote will lock hotels and moves before you pay.

FAQ's
What is the SDF?
The Sustainable Development Fee is charged per night. We include it so the “from” price is honest.
Do we fly into Paro?
Usually, via Delhi, Kolkata, or Bangkok. The valley approach is weather-dependent; we keep a buffer.
Is Tiger’s Nest mandatory?
No. There is a viewpoint below the monastery if knees or altitude say stop.
Can we add Phobjikha?
Yes, with an extra night. Black-necked cranes in winter make it worth the road.
How do we start a booking?
Write to us with dates and who is travelling. We reply with a first itinerary, then lock rooms when you are ready to pay the deposit.
